Terms of Service

By using Social Posting App (“SPA”, “the platform”, “the service”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

  • ·Social Posting App provides AI-powered social media content creation, team approval workflows, and multi-platform publishing tools.
  • ·The platform is currently in early access / pre-launch. Features described on the website represent the intended product and may be subject to change.
  • ·We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

2. Your account and content

  • ·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • ·You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload through SPA.
  • ·You grant SPA a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (i.e. publishing to your connected platforms).
  • ·You must not use SPA to publish content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or in breach of any platform's terms of service.

3. Credits and payments

  • ·Credits are consumed as follows: AI caption generation costs 5 credits per brief (covers all selected platforms in one generation); publishing costs 2 credits per platform per post; AI image generation costs 20 credits; AI carousel generation costs 15 credits. The credit cost is always shown before you generate or publish — there are no hidden charges.
  • ·Credits are non-refundable once used but never expire.
  • ·Pricing is shown on the website and may change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
  • ·Early adopter lifetime discounts, where offered, are locked in at the time of purchase and will not increase.

4. Platform connections

  • ·You connect your social accounts via OAuth. SPA acts on your explicit instruction when publishing.
  • ·You remain solely responsible for the content published to your accounts.
  • ·SPA is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X or Pinterest.

5. Limitation of liability

  • ·SPA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • ·We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
  • ·Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.
